Arrival & Departure
The rooms and suites are ready for check-in from 4pm on the arrival day. If you arrive after 8pm, please let us know. On the day of departure we ask you to check out by 10am!
Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet is open daily from 07:30 to 09:30 with a varied selection of delicacies, including specialities from the region.
Cancellation
- Cancellation free of charge up to 61 days before arrival
- Up to 31 days before arrival 40% of the total amount
- From 30 days before arrival 100% of the total amount
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room price will be charged in full.
Deposit
A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be debited by credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Internet
WiFi is available free of charge in all rooms and suites.
Parking
Car parking spaces are available in the vicinity of our hotel. One parking space is included per room or suite. If you are travelling with more than one car, you can request an additional parking space.
Payment
You are welcome to settle your hotel bill in cash, by EC card or credit card. We accept Visa or Mastercard!
Pets
Pets are not allowed! We ask for your understanding.
Sauna
Our hotel has a wood-heated sauna and two infrared cabins. Our sauna area is a nude area. Therefore, access is only permitted from the age of 16.
We also ask for your understanding that the consumption of alcohol is not permitted.
Smoking
Smoking is generally prohibited in our hotel, rooms and suites!
Skis & Snowboards
You can leave your ski or snowboard equipment free of charge at Sporthaus Jennewein. Should you stay longer at Apres Ski, we have a ski room directly in the hotel.
