When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is usually in the afternoon (from 16:00), although the exact time varies depending on the time of year and season.

As our reception is not always staffed, please let us know your approximate arrival time. Arrival after 20:00 is only possible by prior arrangement!

Check-out is at 10:00.

How can I pay my bill?
You are welcome to settle your hotel bill in cash, by EC card or credit card. We accept Visa or Mastercard!
Is there breakfast?
In winter, our breakfast buffet awaits you daily from 07:15 to 09:30 with a varied selection of delicacies, including regional specialties.
Are there parking spaces?
Yes, we offer free parking near the hotel. Please inform yourself about the availability.
Is there a sauna?

Yes, we have a wood-heated sauna and two infrared cabins in our wellness oasis. Our sauna area is a nude area. Access is therefore only permitted from the age of 16.

When is the Wellbeing Oasis open?

Our wellness oasis is open from 15:30 to 18:30. It is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Use is possible by appointment at reception.

The area is only open in winter!

Are there bathrobes?
In winter, bathrobes are available in all our rooms and suites. Out of consideration for the environment, there are no disposable bath slippers. Please bring your own.
Is there free WLAN?
Yes, free WLAN is available throughout the house.
Are pets allowed?
No, we ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed in the hotel - out of consideration for allergy-sensitive guests.
What are the cancellation conditions?

The following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellation up to 61 days before arrival free of charge

  • Up to 31 days before arrival 40% of the total amount

  • From 30 days before arrival 100% of the total amount

  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room price will be charged in full.

Is smoking allowed in the house?

Smoking is generally prohibited in our hotel, rooms and suites! This also includes e-cigarettes, vapes or other smoking devices!

We ask you to dispose of snus and tobacco residues respectfully in the garbage can.

Can bicycles or skis/snowboards be parked safely?

Yes, we offer a ski room with boot dryer in winter. You can also leave your hiking boots in our boot dryer in summer. There's room for your bike in the ski room!

Is there a ski depot at a sports retailer?

Our guests can store their ski or snowboard equipment free of charge at Sporthaus Jennewein. https://www.sport-jennewein.com

How far is it to the ski lifts?

The valley station of the cable cars is just a few minutes' walk from our hotel. Ski schools, sports stores and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.
